The project is located in Henan Province, China. Henan China Tobacco Industry has chosen to install distributed photovoltaic systems on the roofs of several of its factories in order to reduce operating costs and promote the development of green factories .
The Anyang factory is one of these sites, featuring a metal roof made of color steel tiles. The photovoltaic modules required for installation must weigh less than 5kg/m². The lightweight and flexible photovoltaic modules from POLYSHINE SOLAR weigh only 2.97kg/m², easily meeting this requirement. Additionally, the installation process does not require drilling, ensuring the roof remains intact, allowing for quick installation without disrupting normal factory operations.
Moreover, the high-polymer material used in the encapsulation of Polyshine Solar's photovoltaic modules offers superior weather resistance, flame retardancy, and water resistance. This ensures efficient power generation for up to 25 years, effectively meeting the factory’s electricity needs.
